Model DIAMANTE ABZ

OMB, a well-established company in the abrasive disc cut-off saw sector, was acquired by Buratti Meccanica in 2000.

Currently in production is the ABZ Diamond series, particularly suitable for cutting dowels, punches, columns, guide bushings, cobalt steel bars, special profiles in stainless steel, aluminum, steel, nylon, copper, etc.

It does not leave burrs and does not alter the hardening treatment.

    The main technical features of the OMB abrasive disk cutting machine – ABZ diamond series are the following:

    • 1 HP / 0.75 kW engine
    • three-phase 380V power supply or single-phase 220V for hobbyists available on request
    • abrasive disk for high speeds at 150 x 1-1.5 mm, rotation speed around 6000 revolutions, graduated rotating vice for cuts up to 45 degrees
    • start control in the handle using a low voltage microswitch
    • total disc crankcase cover protection
    • abrasive disk diameter 150 x 1 – 1.5 mm
    • rotation speed 6.000 RPM
    • tilt grip max. 45°
    • manual clamping vise assembly
